As a signed in user of this site you can access your own, and your colleagues, tickets.
First select the Tickets section in the top bar...
Then you can filter tickets on Status...
You can chose how to sort tickets, what field...
... and if you scroll down you can set what order.
You can also filter tickets by the author, your own, all from your company or an individual user...
Send us a note if your colleagues tickets doesn't appear, unfortunately it's not an automatic function...
