You just need to sign up for an account, once you are signed in you can create your first ticket.
Please use one of the sign up links on our portal to create your account...
Use your company e-mail since your e-mail domain will be used to group you together with your colleagues.
You will then be able to track your own tickets but also browse your colleagues tickets.
Please check out our Getting started section for how to create tickets for best results.
